The Protein Myth

The Protein Myth

*PROTEIN IS A MYTH*

Our body cannot properly absorb or utilize “protein.” It absorbs what protein is made up of which is known as *Amino Acids* These are some of the essential nutrients we require not protein. The body produces 11 of these, the other 9 we receive from an external source.

Plants provide the purest form of “protein” or essential amino acids with none of the negative effects associated with animal protein. All “protein” originates from plants therefore animal flesh is simply recycled protein. Cut out the middle man go straight to the source, business 101.

Why are plants the best source for humans?
Because we are anatomically, biologically, physiologically, and instinctually plant eaters. Every species on the planet has a species-specific diet and to achieve true health we must abide by these laws of nature.

In the fitness and body-building world there is a great emphasis on high amounts of protein but in reality we actually require a very small amount of “protein” and plants contain it in the perfect ratio. Excess protein places stress on the organs and creates an acidic environment inside the body leading to the development of inflammation and dis-ease.

Most people believe they need to consume animal flesh for strength but the opposite reigns true. The strongest animals on the planet are all plant eaters… Hippos, rhinos, elephants, horses, bison, deer, and gorillas etc. So in the end it’s not “protein” we seek or need, it’s amino acids.

We don’t run on glucose (sugar), carbs, fats, protein, or calories…We run on electrons⚡️ Whole living foods, “donate” electrons to your cells👇

How the human body uses electricity…⚡️

Electricity is everywhere, even in the human body. Our cells are specialized to conduct electrical currents. Electricity is required for the nervous system to send signals throughout the body and to the brain, making it possible for us to move, think, and feel.⚡️

So, how do #cells control electrical currents?⚡️

The elements in our bodies, like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, have a specific #electrical charge. Almost all of our cells can use these charged elements, called ions, to generate electricity.⚡️

The contents of the cell are protected from the outside environment by a cell membrane. This cell membrane is made up of lipids that create a barrier that only certain substances can cross to reach the cell interior. Not only does the cell membrane function as a barrier to molecules, it also acts as a way for the cell to generate electrical currents. ⚡️

Resting cells are negatively charged on the inside, while the outside environment is more positively charged. This is due to a slight imbalance between positive and negative ions inside and outside the cell. Cells can achieve this charge separation by allowing charged ions to flow in and out through the membrane.
The flow of charges across the cell membrane is what generates electrical currents.⚡️

Cells control the flow of specific charged elements across the membrane with proteins that sit on the cell surface and create an opening for certain ions to pass through. These proteins are called ion channels. When a cell is stimulated, it allows positive charges to enter the cell through open ion channels. The inside of the cell then becomes more positively charged, which triggers further electrical currents that can turn into electrical pulses, called action potentials. Our bodies use certain patterns of action potentials to initiate the correct movements, thoughts and behaviors.⚡️

A disruption in electrical currents can lead to illness. For example, in order for the heart to pump, cells must generate electrical currents that allow the heart muscle to contract at the right time. Doctors can even observe these electrical pulses in the heart using a machine, called an electrocardiogram or ECG. Irregular electrical currents can prevent heart muscles from contracting correctly, leading to a heart attack. ⚡️

This is just one example showing the important role of electricity in health and disease.⚡️

The Crystalline Electromagnetic Body

The Crystalline Electromagnetic Body

The Crystalline Electromagnetic Body

Our bodies surprise us with their secrets, which are continuously being revealed as more scientific research is conducted. This confirms that no matter how knowledgeable we become, there is yet much more to discover. In the past, it was difficult to convince people that their bodies contain chemical elements from the Periodic Table, including valuable ones, such as gold and copper. However, now that several studies have confirmed that these elements do exist in our bodies, the mission has become much easier.

Almost 99% of the human body mass consists of six main elements; namely: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphor; 65–90% of each cell in the body is composed of water, as such, oxygen and hydrogen are among the main constituents of the human body.

The key to understanding the assimilation of energy into our physical structure is through the awareness of our bodies as a series of synchronous, interacting, crystal structures. The human body on this level is a linkage of oscillating solid and liquid crystals that form an overall energy pattern for the total body. Each organ, gland, nerve system, cell, and protein structure, even the tissue salts in the body, shows a level of organization with some degree of crystalline function. Numerous kinds of crystals occur in the human body. Many of these crystals impair humans by causing pain or disabilities. Engineers and physicians study the mechanisms of crystal growth to determine ways in which crystal growth can be blocked. They design new drugs that attach to crystals to inhibit further growth, are biocompatible with minimal side effects to the human body, and can be administered efficiently and effectively.

Marcel Vogel, the world-renowned crystal expert, has pointed out that the human energy field exists as an array of oscillating energy points that have a layered structure and a definite symmetry, and that these properties fulfill the definition of a normal crystal in material form.

Our bone structure has long been recognized as a solid crystal structure with piezoelectric properties. A piezoelectric effect is the creation of an electromagnetic field (EMF) pulse when a crystalline structure is physically stressed or pushed out of its normal shape. Electromagnetic fields are comprised of an electric and a magnetic field perpendicular to each other, which travel together in an invisible waveform. Although various esoteric traditions have implied that the pineal and pituitary glands have solid crystal structures, our skeletal bone structure is the only proven solid crystal structure in the body. As a solid crystal, it has the ability to convert vibrational energy, such as sound or light, into electromagnetic and electric energy.

A blurry brown picture is the most detailed 3D image of bone ever produced. It may look fuzzy, but the model developed from electron microscope images gives a unique insight into the remarkable properties of bone.

Bone is mostly made of mineral crystals and the protein collagen. While the structure of collagen is well understood, how the minerals in bone – made of hydroxyapatite – are organised is less clear.

Roland Kröger of the University of York and colleagues at Imperial College London used electron microscopes to obtain cross-section images at many different angles and layered the images to construct detailed 3D pictures of human thighbones.

The 3D images revealed that, at the nanoscale level, the crystals are a slightly curved finger shape. These cluster together to form a hand-like pattern, and these themselves are pressed on top of each other in stacks. Viewed at a higher level, these stacks are twisted. In fact, each level of the mineral architecture features twisting, helical shapes. It was already known that collagen – itself a helical protein – forms twisted fibres in bone.

Our bone structure, in general, acts as an antenna for all incoming and internal body vibratory energy and information, including direct thought from energy. It resonates with all levels of nutrient energy, which it either receives directly (music, singing, and chanting) or indirectly, through the EMFs transferred from the chakras as they step down the incoming virtual energy that has entered the system through the seven subtle bodies. The brain, nervous system, and heart also give off EMFs that resonate with our bone and other crystal-like structures. The crystalline bone structure then amplifies and radiates this energy and information to the rest of the system down to the cellular and subcellular crystalline structures. This is an important way that energy and information are transferred directly to all the cells throughout the body from the chakras, as well as through the pure cosmic energy-brain-nervous system linkage.

Crystals can absorb, store, amplify, transduce, and transmit these vibrational energies. These properties of a crystal play an important role in helping us develop a model of how the body as a complex crystalline structure helps to absorb energy from the cosmos and from our food.
